| COURSE DETAILS: GREAT RACE FOR ALL LEVELS!!!! SWIM: Raritan Bay -1/4 mile point to point swim. (May change depending on tide). 6 waves of 100 athletes. Along the shore. BIKE: Three 4 mile loops on a 3 lane road closed to traffic. Flat as a PANCAKE and VERY fast. Run: 3.1 mile total. 3/4 mile on asphalt, 3/4 mile on stone blocks U-Turn 3/4 mile on stone blocks and 3/4 on wood boardwalk. |
