| Join Joe Patanella and Green Brook Racing and be part of the first inaugural BUCKMAN Olympic and Sprint Distance Triathlon! Round Valley Recreation Area, before only an off road venue, becomes the site of one of the most beautiful and challenging courses for the on road triathlete. Race will Max out at 275 The Swim: The Olympic distance swim will be .93 miles. Athletes will swim in the crystal clear reservoir. You can see down 85 feet deep. The course is an out and out and back. The Bike: A beautiful on road course will challenge the cyclist along rolling, country roads. This course has a net elevation gain of 1,374.7 and loss of 1,333.0 for a total of 24 miles. The Run: takes place inside Round Valley, a protected spawning ground for the American Bald Eagle. The olympic distance will do two laps on the 5k course for a total of 10k.
