When: June 8th 2008
Location: Watchung Lake, Watchung New Jersey
Time: Starts at 8:00am sharp
Swim: Is a 1/3 mile in the shape of the letter V in Watchung Lake. There will be an in water start.
Bike: Is 10 miles with 2 nice hill climbs starting and ending at Watchung Lake. The course is NOT closed to traffic so you must stay right and obey local traffic laws.
Run: Is a 5k with a slight up and down grade. There is one water stop on the run course that you will pass 3 times
Awards: Top 3 overall male/female no repeats, 5 year age groups
The race will have chip timing supplied by CompuScore.com
Food, Fun, Raffles, and DJ to follow for all racers.
Push Up contest after the race open to all racers. (As many push up as you can do in 1 minute).
Entry Fee: $70 up to May 1st then $80
